OUR NEXT HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH NIGHT is Sunday, December 2 at 7:00 pm at St. Mike’s Place.  Be ready for a great night of food, faith and fun!  Join us for the final night of our series, discussing ‘Trust or Fear: How can God allow suffering?’.  If God loves us so much, then why is suffering so prevalent in our world?  Be sure to not miss this great topic!

SPP CCD NEWS:  November 28 is Family Night.  Jeopardy is the theme and Saints are the subject.  Families will be playing a jeopardy- style game relating to the saints.  Students will hopefully learn about popular saints as well as just how they are like us and how we too can be saints.  So now is the time to brush up on the saints of our region, feast days, famous saints, apostles and popular patron saints so you are ready for THE GAME!  This is considered class time and attendance by all grades is expected.

SPP PURGATORIAN SOCIETY:  November is traditionally the month when we remember our deceased loved ones.  If you would like to do so by enrolling them in the SPP Purgatorian Society so that they will be remembered at masses throughout the year, please write their names on a sheet of paper and enclose it, along with the appropriate stipend, in an envelope marked “SPP Purgatorian Society” and drop it in the collection basket.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE for praying for me with my heart problems and for my family.  God bless all of you ~ LeRoy Ahrns.
