Sacrament of Baptism
Schedule with Parish Office at least two weeks in advance. First-time
parents are to attend a pre-Baptismal program, which is offered four times
during the year. Since Baptisms involve the worshiping community, they
naturally should be celebrated within a weekend Mass (some weekends/Masses
may not be available). If outside of Mass, they are celebrated at 12:00 noon
at St. Michael on the second and fourth Sundays and at Sts.
Peter & Paul on the third Sunday (some Sundays may not be available).
Becoming a Member of the Catholic Church (RCIA)
Adults and teens interested in becoming members or learning more
about the Roman Catholic Church should contact the Parish Office
Center. The Rite of
Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process by which teens and
adults enter the Church.
Sacrament of Holy Matrimony
Please make an appointment with the Pastor at least six months in
advance of the anticipated wedding date. The church is not reserved before
this first meeting. The preparation program consists of meetings with the
Pastor, FOCCUS, and Pre-Cana workshop. If either party has been previously
married, that marriage must be annulled before setting a date
Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick
Please notify the Parish
Office Center
of hospitalizations or home illnesses. The Pastor will visit as soon as
possible. In case of emergency, call both the Parish Office
Center and the parish
house.
